I understand that many times energy companies have a ROI (Return on Investment) in 5 years or so, but there are still other options. There are many companies out there who offer a financing plan on the products they sell. Enigin is one of those companies, they are headquartered in England however have branches in an many countries throughout the world. Enigin is great because they will do an audit on your energy consumption and then provide you with equipment that will drastically cut your bills. Enigin promises a ROI of 2 years or less and if I'm not mistaken, many branches do have a financing plan.
