a conversation with Dean Steele-Bennett of Melbourne Greendrinks
Dean is a co-founder of The Shaper Group (www.theShaperGroup.com), a group of companies that work with businesses, government, and non-profit organizations who want to improve their competitive advantage and reputation by embracing sustainable business practices.
Each month, over 200 people attend "Melbourne Sustainability Drinks", one of three Greendrinks event listed on the global website. RSVPs are required (www.MelbourneSustainabilityDrinks.com), and it is not unusual for the organizers to turn away 50-100 guests due to the venue's capacity.
As well as being passionate about creating practical options and events that illustrate how individuals and communities can have a "fun, cheeky, rewarding, and planet-friendly lifestyle", Dean is quite simply a lot of fun to hang around with!
